NASTY BREAK-UP: Ne-yo drags ex to court, demands paternity tests for their two kids

Popular RnB artist Ne-yo, original name Shaffer Smith, is currently fighting his ex-girlfriend reality tv star Monyetta Shaw over the paternity of their two children.

This problem arose after Shaws participation in the reality tv show "Atlanta exes". According to TMZ the suit was filed on October 1st and is aimed a determining the paternity of their children.

Monyetta Shaw is however yet to legally respond.
